Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2001 "About transportation of dangerous goods" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 56, 2/775; 2006, No. 107, 2/1235; No. 122, 2/1259; 2007, No. 170, 2/1344; No. 305, 2/1397; 2012, No. 1, 2/1878) the following changes and amendments, having been reworded as follows it:
"LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
About transportation of dangerous goods
Chapter 1 General provisions
Article 1. The main terms applied in this Law and their determinations
For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are applied:
accident - the event which happened to dangerous goods in case of its transportation (explosion, ignition, leakage, prosypaniye) and entailed damnification of life or to health of physical person (physical persons) either property tort or the environment;
safety of transportation of dangerous goods - the security condition from emergence of accidents and incidents provided with complex of the organizational and technical actions established by this Law, rules on safety of transportation of dangerous goods, other acts of the legislation in the field of transportation of dangerous goods;
incident - the event which happened to dangerous goods in case of its transportation (explosion, ignition, leakage, the prosypaniye) which did not entail damnification of life or to health of physical person (physical persons) either property torts or the environment;
classification of dangerous goods - reference of dangerous goods to class, subclass, category and group depending on type and degree of danger of load;
