About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About food security of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, Art. No. 6/2, 647) the following change:
to state part 3 of Article 7 in the following edition:
"3. The food products made, imported and realized in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic shall conform to mandatory requirements of the corresponding technical regulations.".
Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
