About modification of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on supply of natural gas, gas (methane) of coal fields on regulated rate
According to the Laws of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", "About natural monopolies", "About bases of functioning of the natural gas market", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1059 "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power DECIDES:
1. Registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 15, 2010 for No. 28/17323, to add Item 3.4 of the Section III of Licensed conditions of carrying out economic activity on supply of natural gas, gas (methane) of the coal fields on regulated rate approved by the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of January 13, 2010 No. 11, with the new subitem of such content:
"3.4.10. Create and provide functioning of call centers for consumer service concerning which requirements are established by NKRE.".
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of licensing submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
