About settlement of servicing of transactions with securities of the Ukrainian issuers which are placed and/or are in circulation outside Ukraine
According to Article 3 and Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", articles 14 and 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About National depositary system and features of electronic turnover of securities in Ukraine" and for the purpose of ensuring servicing of transactions with securities of the Ukrainian issuers which are placed and/or are in circulation outside Ukraine, the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on depository activity approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of October 17, 2006 No. 999, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 27, 2006 for No. 1238/13112, which are applied.
2. To securities depositories and keepers of securities to bring the internal documents into accord with the Changes in Regulations on depository activity approved by this decision within three months of date of the introduction in action of this decision.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
