About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About municipal service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About municipal service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2005, No. 2, the Art. 91) the following amendments:
1. Add the law with Article 15-1 of the following content:
"Article 15-1. The register of persons exempted from municipal service on the negative bases
The register of persons exempted from municipal service on the negative bases contains the personal information about the local government officers exempted from posts on the bases, stipulated in Item 5, by subitems "a", "b", "v", "d" of Item 6, Items 7, of 9, of the 10 and 11 Article 83 of the Labor code.
Maintaining the Register of persons exempted from municipal service on the negative bases is performed by authorized state body for public service.
The procedure for forming, maintaining, change and amendment of the Register of persons exempted from municipal service on the negative bases is established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The register of persons exempted from municipal service on the negative bases can be used in case of competitive selection on substitution of vacant managerial positions. Data of the Register cannot form the basis for refusal in acceptance of the applicant for work.".
2. Add Article 33 with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:
