1. In "Rates of the excises on the excise goods imported on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic" which are appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About approval of rates of excises on the excise goods imported on the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic" of January 19, 2001 No. 20, in the edition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 15, 2005 No. 209 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 1, Article 69; 2002, No. 2, Article 112, No. 10, Article 647; No. 1, Article 58, No. 11, Article 1069) in the column "Rates of Excises (in US Dollars for Unit of Measure)" of goods item "2713" figure "30" to replace 2005, with figure of "1,0".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is effective till January 1, 2014.
