Items 4-8 of appendix 4 to the Law on road fund No. 720-XIII of February 2, 1996 (repeated publication: 2010, 753), with subsequent changes to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 247-251, in the following edition:
"4. The staff of Council affirms the Government according to the proposal of the Prime Minister.
5. Council consists of eleven members: eight representatives of the central industry bodies of public management and three representatives of the public associations and patronages operating in the field of transport and highways.
6. The chairman of the board is the Prime Minister who is helped by the vice-chairman.
7. The vice-chairman is the deputy prime minister who is carrying out obligations on coordination of the questions connected with activities of the central body of public management in the field of road economy.
8. The clerical work of Council is provided with the State office.".
