"63) performs functions of the main manager of the means of the federal budget provided on content of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and realization of the tasks assigned to it, is receiver of means of the federal budget, and also the chief manager (administrator) of the income of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;".
