About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 880

1. Bring in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 880 "About adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" the following changes:
a) state subitem 3.1 in the following edition:
"3.1. The technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of food products" (further - the Technical regulation) becomes effective since July 1, 2013, except for requirements to milk and dairy products, meat and meat products, fish and fish products and the related processes of their production, storage, transportation, realization and utilization. Prior to the day of entry into force of the technical regulations of the Customs union establishing requirements to milk and dairy products, meat and meat products and the related processes of their production, storage, transportation, realization and utilization concerning such products and processes of its production, storage, transportation, realization and utilizations are effective provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Customs union or the legislation of state member of the Customs union";
b) add with subitem 3.3.1 of the following content:
"3.3.1. Till July 1, 2014 production and release into the stream of commerce on customs area of the Customs union of products which were not subject about day of entry into force of the Technical regulation to obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance to the mandatory requirements established by regulatory legal acts of the Customs union or the legislation of state member of the Customs union without documents on obligatory assessment (confirmation) of compliance and not marked national mark of conformity (market access mark) are allowed.";
