They are subdivided into colonies settlements, corrective colonies of ordinary regime, corrective colonies of strict regime, corrective colonies of special regime. In corrective labor colonies the isolated sites with different types of the mode, and also the isolated sites functioning as prison can be created. The procedure for creation, functioning and liquidation of the specified sites is determined by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of execution of criminal penalties.";
2) in part eight the fourth offer to state in the following edition: "The procedure for creation, functioning and liquidation of the specified sites is determined by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of execution of criminal penalties.";
