Article 1

Bring in article 11.23 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2012, No. 25, the Art. 3268) change, having added it with the note of the following content:

"Note. Provisions of this Article till April 1, 2014 are applied to the relations in the field of implementation of the international motor transportations.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
