Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2005, No. 19, Art. 1752; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2008, No. 29, Art. 3418; No. 49, Art. 5748) following changes:
The second parts 1 of Article 8.14 of the word "on officials-from one thousand five hundred to two thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "on officials - from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles", words "the legal entity, - from one thousand five hundred to two thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "the legal entity, - from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles" "from eighty thousand to hundred thousand rubles";
2) in Article 8.21:
a) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 1 of the word "on officials-from four thousand to five thousand rubles" "on officials - from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles", words "the legal entity, - from four thousand to five thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "the legal entity, - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles" "from hundred eighty thousand to two hundred fifty thousand rubles";
b) in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words parts 2 of the word "on officials-from three thousand to four thousand rubles" "on officials - from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles; on persons performing business activity without formation of legal entity - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words the words "from thirty thousand to forty thousand rubles" "from eighty thousand to hundred thousand rubles".
