About modification of the Regulations on competitive selection of contractors on land management

According to the paragraph to third part one of article 18-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property", the Law of Ukraine of October 02, 2012 No. 5394-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning deregulation of economic activity on work on land management and zemleotsenochny works" and for the purpose of reduction of own normative legal acts to requirements of the legislation, I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to Regulations on competitive selection of contractors on the land management approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of September 29, 2011 No. 1420, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2011 for No. 1210/19948, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of land relations of Department of land relations, public procurements and publishing activities of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Fund.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
