About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589 "Questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9329; 2005, No. 24, 5/15563; 2006, No. 127, 5/22682; 2007, No. 54, 5/24777; 2009, No. 14, 5/29089; No. 304, 5/30924; 2011, No. 7, 5/33143; No. 142, 5/34918; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.01. 2013, 5/36729), following changes and amendment:
1.1. in Item 6:
exclude subitems 6.111 and 6.131;
state subitem 6.13 in the following edition:
"6.13. establishes in coordination with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus, the number of employees of public institutions, subordinates of Ministry of Labor and social security;";
state subitem 6.39 in the following edition:
"6.39. participates in development of measures in the field of the population, demographic safety, family policy;";
state subitem 6.48 in the following edition:
"6.48. generalizes practice of application of the legislation concerning work, employment and social protection for the purpose of its enhancement;";
in subitem 6.62 the word "performs" shall be replaced with words "will organize and coordinates";
