Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of April 19, 1991 No. 1032-1 "About employment of the population in the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of April 20, 1996 No. 36-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of RSFSR and the Supreme Council of RSFSR, 1991, No. 18, Art. 565; Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 17, Art. 1915; 1999, No. 29, Art. 3696; 2001, No. 53, Art. 5024; 2003, No. 2, Art. 160; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 1, Art. 10; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6242; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6443; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4296; No. 49, Art. 7039; 2013, No. 8, Art. 717) following changes:

1) in Article 7.1-1:

a) add Item 3 with words ", unoccupied citizens to whom the work old-age pension is in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation appointed and who aim to renew labor activity";

b) add with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3.1. Public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation have the right to develop and realize the actions directed to creation of conditions for combination by unoccupied parents the having many children, parents who are bringing up handicapped children, obligations on education of children with labor activity.";

2) in Article 23:

a) in Item 1.1:
