in Rules by determination of the size, the mode of use of lands of conservation zones and uses of lands for the needs of rail transport in strip of branch approved by the specified order:

Conditions of placement, construction and operation of engineering communications, overpasses, moving, communication lines, electricity transmissions, oil, the gas pipelines and also crossing railway tracks of other objects or being in close proximity to them constructions within strip of branch are determined by contracts between their owners and the operator of the high-level railway system, vetvevladelets according to state standards and regulatory legal acts".
