Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship and determination of the list of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of November 6, 2007 No. 533 the following changes and amendments:
- in all text:
words "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding cases;
the words "State Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on Taxes and Fees" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Authorized tax authority" in the corresponding cases;
- to declare paragraph two of Item 7 invalid;
- in Item 8 of the word to "The state agency on the antimonopoly policy and development of the competition under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words to "Authorized state body in the field of the antimonopoly policy";
