1. Make change to Item 2 appendices to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 No. 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" (ZP of Ukraine, 1996, No. 21, Art. 596; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 52, Art. 3452; 2006, No. 20, Art. 1472; 2007, No. 48, Art. 1974, No. 88, Art. 3221; 2009, No. 39, Art. 1323; 2012, No. 60, the Art. 2422, No. 96, the Art. 3874), having added it with the subitem "g" of such content:

"d) in coordination with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine temporarily before formation of the national commission which performs state regulation in the field of transport establishes:

the sizes of rates of the harbor fees in foreign currency;

rates in foreign currency for specialized services which are provided in seaport by subjects of natural monopolies, on the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.".

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective at the same time with the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine "About seaports of Ukraine".
