Art. I. Voided according to the Law of the Republic of Moldova of 03.11.2016 No. 244

(2) Foreigners who were granted the right to temporary stay in the territory of the Republic of Moldova for reunion of family, education, implementation of humanitarian or religious activities shall be insured in individual procedure, having paid fee of compulsory medical insurance it is similar to citizens of the Republic of Moldova who pay the insurance premium of compulsory medical insurance estimated in the form of fixed amount if international treaties do not provide other.
