About modification and amendments in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 9, the Art. 440) the following change and amendment:
in Article 5:
in Item 2 of the word "in case of financing of mortgage housing construction by them" shall be replaced with words "in case of the address of collection on mortgage loan";
add Article with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. To foreign citizens, stateless persons and foreign legal entities, except for kayrylman, the parcels of land which are in the border territories cannot be provided as urgent (temporary) use.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
