About approval of rules of protection, export and use of national cultural values
For the purpose of ensuring implementation of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About culture" of April 16, 1998 the No. 698 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "Rules of protection of national cultural values", "Rules of use of national cultural values", "Rules of export of national cultural values out of limits of the Azerbaijan Republic" (are attached).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.

2. Protection of national cultural values is provided only after registration in the State list of property of national culture of the Azerbaijan Republic and the list of protection of cultural values.
