2. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan to transfer in accordance with the established procedure to the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the right of operational management by the stocks of Kompleksi Sayyokhiya of Varzob Open joint stock company owned by the state.
