In the Regulations on recognition and equating of the documents on the top scientific and nauchnopedagogichesky skills received abroad, approved by the Order of the Government No. 472 of May 6, 2004. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 77-79, 610), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Item 1 of the word "Moldova and other persons having the permanent residence and/or works in Moldova" shall be replaced with words "The Republic of Moldova, foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - the applicant)".
2. In Item 7:
the paragraph one to add with the words "based on request or the recommendation of the organization/organization in which the applicant applies for position" at the end;
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:
"identity certificate or residence permit".
3. Add with Item 7-1 of the following content:
"7-1. In case of request of recognition and equating of academic degree of the doctor of science appropriated abroad, to academic degree of the doctor хабилитат, appropriated in the Republic of Moldova, the personal record of the applicant shall include:
the application in person or the recommendation of the organization/organization in which the applicant applies to work, the addressed NSAA which requests recognition and equating of academic degree of the doctor of science with academic degree of the doctor хабилитат, according to the standard form developed by NSAA;
