1. Approve to the Ministry of Transport and Communications creation of public institution of Belavtostrad by transformation of the republican unitary enterprise "Belavtostrada".
2. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. Item 26 of the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781; 2011, No. 73, 5/34017) to state in the following edition:
"26. Public institution of Belavtostrad.";
2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 25.02.2017 No. 159
