Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 1, Art. 1; 2006, N 45, Art. 4634; 2007, N 26, Art. 3089; N 50, of Art. 6246; 2008, N 49, Art. 5748; 2009, N 30, Art. 3735; 2010, N 31, Art. 4208) following changes:
Paragraph two of Article 8.33 to state 1) in the following edition:
"attracts the prevention or imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from two thousand to five thousand rubles; on officials - from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on legal entities - from ten thousand to fifteen thousand rubles.";
2) in Article 8.37:
a) to state paragraph two of part 1 in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from two thousand to five thousand rubles with confiscation of tools of hunting or without that or deprivation of the right to perform hunting for a period of up to two years; on officials - from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles with confiscation of tools of hunting or without that.";
b) to state paragraph two of part 2 in the following edition:
"attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from two thousand to five thousand rubles with confiscation of the vessel and other tools of production (catch) of water biological resources or without that; on officials - from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles with confiscation of the vessel and other tools of production (catch) of water biological resources or without that; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles with confiscation of the vessel and other tools of production (catch) of water biological resources or without that.".
