About modification and amendments in the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law of the Republic of Moldova of April 2, 1996 No. 797-XIII

In the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797-XIII of April 2, 1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 50, of the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Item k) parts (1) Article 13 of the word "structure, numerical structure and the staff list" shall be replaced with words "organizational structure and limiting numerical structure", and after words of "government employees" to add Item with the words "and other workers".
2. Item k) parts (Article 14 to add 1) with the words "and personnel of office of persons holding responsible state positions in Parliament, in accordance with the established procedure;".
