1. In the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2012 No. 29 "About approval of Requirements to the room of the notary" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 7444, published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of May 26, 2012, No. 154-156 (26973-26975) to make the following change:

In the Requirements to the room of the notary approved by the specified order:

"The building in which the room of the notary is located shall conform to requirements of the Fire safety regulations approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2011 No. 1682.".

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Committee of registration service and rendering the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to legal assistance Abishev B. Sh.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
