About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2004 No. 1130 "Questions of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2004 No. 1130 "Questions of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 42, the Art. 538) the following changes and amendment:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in the subitem 2) Item 16:
add with the paragraph the sixteenth the following content:
"ensuring activities of the republican terminological and onomastichesky commissions;";
to state the paragraph of the forty eighth in the following edition:
"control of compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about languages in the central and local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value, the capital;";
to state the paragraph of the fifty seventh in the following edition:
"coordination of activities of the onomastichesky commissions;".
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 24, 2013.
