1.1. to exclude the words "and the foreigners wishing to live in the Azerbaijan Republic over 30 days" from Articles 2 and 5.
1.2. exclude the Item of Article 10 and Article 20-23.
1.3. state Article 18 in the following edition:
"18. In case of arrival of the foreigner or stateless person (further" the foreigner") who is temporarily staying in the Azerbaijan Republic over 3 days in hotel, sanatorium, rest house, boarding house, camping, tourist base, hospital, other similar public place, the apartment, other living space, administration of this place or the owner of living space (further" the host party") within 3 days shall by means of mail, e-mail or to personally provide the statement questionnaire for registration of the foreigner or stateless person in the place of stay (Appendix No. 6) and the passport copy of this person to relevant organ of the executive authority.
Forms of the statement questionnaire can be received at relevant organ of the executive authority and in all postal departments over the country. The electronic form of the statement questionnaire is placed on information Internet resource of relevant organ of the executive authority.
