Regulations on application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on registration at the place of residence and in the place of stay"

1. Citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - citizens), foreigners and stateless persons shall be registered at the place of residence and in the place of stay in the Azerbaijan Republic.

a) the statement from the state real estate register about state registration of the property right;

b) the lease agreement or hiring concluded by the lessor or the lessor according to the lessee or the employer;

c) the order giving the grounds on installation in premises, or stipulated by the legislation other document of the Azerbaijan Republic;

d) the statement of person providing to the citizen premises.

2-1. In case, stipulated in Article 2 this provision, the citizen only shall fill in the statement questionnaire for certification of the personality provided by "Regulations on application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On registration at the place of residence and the place of stay" and, in addition to the documents which are required for certification to provide one of the documents specified in this Article which are the basis for installation in living space.
