1.1. Exclude Item 2 of the first part of Article 3, Article 6, Item 7 of the first part of Article 9 and Article 12.
1.2. State Article 11 in the following edition:
"Article 11. Registration of foreigners and stateless persons in the place of stay in the Azerbaijan Republic
The foreigners and stateless persons arriving to the Azerbaijan Republic for the term of over 3 days are subject to registration in the place of stay.
For this purpose administration of the place (hotel, sanatorium, rest house, boarding house, camping, tourist base, hospital or other similar public places) or the owner of the apartment, other living space (further "the host party") where the foreigner or the stateless person stays, within 3 days is shall by means of mail, e-mail or to personally provide the statement questionnaire for registration of the foreigner or stateless person in the place of stay and the passport copy of this person to relevant organ of the executive authority.
After receipt of the statement the relevant organ of the executive authority without delay registers the foreigner or the stateless person in the place of stay what within 1 working day in writing reports to the host party about.
