About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867 "About some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 78, 5/34078; 2012, No. 10, 5/35116) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
from subitem 3.8 of Item 3 the word", fish breeding" to exclude;
in item 4:
state subitem 4.11 in the following edition:
"4.11. exercises supervision in the field of seed farming, quarantine and protection of plants, and also phytosanitary control;";
in subitem 4.16 to replace the word "control" with the word "supervision";
state subitem 4.17 in the following edition:
"4.17. exercises supervision in the field of veterinary science, supervision when exporting, importing and transit of the loads under control to the state veterinary supervision, and also veterinary control (supervision) on Frontier of the Republic of Belarus;";
state subitem 4.18 in the following edition:
"4.18. exercises supervision in the field of quality assurance of food staples and foodstuff, and also grain and compound feeds;";
add Item with subitem 4.29-1 of the following content:
"4.29-1. exercises the state supervision of breeding case;";
in subitem 4.31 to replace the word "control" with the word "supervision";
1.2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 27.06.2013 No. 550
