About modification of the Procedure for personal reception of citizens in the Public executive service of Ukraine
According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About addresses of citizens" and for the purpose of the proper organization of personal reception of citizens in the Public executive service of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for personal reception of citizens in the Public executive service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 27, 2011 No. 3231/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 28, 2011 for No. 1246/19984, such changes:
1.1. Add Item 2 with the paragraph the second such content:
"Consideration of addresses of citizens concerning provision of free primary legal assistance, the organization of personal acceptance of such citizens are performed according to the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance".
1.2. In the text of the word "department of addresses of citizens and legal entities of Department of the organization and control over the implementation of solutions of GIS of Ukraine" and "department of clerical work and control of Department of the organization and control over the implementation of solutions of GIS of Ukraine" in all cases to replace respectively with the words "structural division of GIS of Ukraine concerning ensuring carrying out personal reception of citizens" and "structural division of GIS of Ukraine concerning clerical work and control" in the corresponding cases.
2. To department of interaction with authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Zerkal O. V.) to provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
