The appendix N 1 to Rules of execution of veterinary documents when exporting, importing and transit of the loads which are under the state veterinary supervision and their transportation approved by the order of the chief of the Head public administration of veterinary science under the Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 25, 2003 N 4-(рег. N 1302 of January 22, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 3, Art. 38), to state in edition according to appendix.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
