RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About measures for further streamlining of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan

(as amended of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 29.09.2017 No. PP-3303)

For the purpose of standardization of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the Harmonized commodity description and coding system (the version of 2012) applied in world practice:

1. Take into consideration that the World Customs Organization for the purpose of harmonization of the international classification of the goods addressing in world trade, makes changes and additions to the Harmonized commodity description and coding system which became effective in 2012.

2. Enact the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the version of 2012) (http://www.base.spinform.ru/ext/tnved_uz_2012.doc) developed based on updated Harmonized commodity description and coding system since October 1, 2012.

To provide to the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades together with the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan till October 1, 2012 the edition of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the version of 2012) and finishing it to the interested organizations.

3. Make since October 1, 2012 changes to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Justice, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with other interested ministries and departments in two weeks to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
