About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About associations (associations) of water users"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About associations (associations) of water users" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2002, No. 4, the Art. 158) the following amendments and changes:
1. To add the name of the Law after the word of "water users" with the words "and unions of associations of water users".
2. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Legislation on associations (associations) of water users and their unions
The legislation on associations (associations) of water users and their unions consists of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Water code of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. In Article 2:
state part 1 in the following edition:
"Consolidation (association) of water users (further - AVP) - the organization established by water users according to this Law for the purpose of operation and content of irrigational systems.";
add Article with part 2 following of content:
"The union of AVP - the non-profit organization established two or more AVP for joint management, operation and maintenance of the pipeline irrigational systems.";
state part 2 in the following edition:
"Irrigational systems - network of irrigation and drainage canals, pipelines, hydraulic engineering constructions, pumping points, wells, water storage basins, ponds and reservoirs with the related roads, buildings, lines of electric transfers and other infrastructure, including all right-of-ways of lands allocated for ensuring content, operation and repair of irrigational systems.";
add Article with part 4 following of content:
