About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 1, 2010 No. 60 "About measures for enhancement of use of national segment of the Internet" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 29, 1/11368):
1.1.1. in part two of item 4 of the word "The Ministry of Communications and Informatization and Operational analytical center in case of the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the republican unitary enterprise "National Center of Exchange of Traffic";
1.1.2. the fifth Item 13 to add the paragraph with words ", including requirements to legal entities which plan to perform registration of domain names, the considering their financial and economic provisions and technical capabilities";
1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 30, 2010 No. 515 "About some measures for development of data transmission network in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 237, 1/12002):
1.2.1. in subitem 2.2 of Item 2 "fiber-optical" to replace the word with the word of "fiber optic";
1.2.2. to state subitem 4.2 of item 4 in the following edition:
"4.2. NTsOT for the solution of objectives:
