According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 03, 2006 to No. 1081 "About approval of the Procedure for providing the military personnel and members of their families by premises", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 08, 2012 No. 1036 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of the size and provision by the serviceman and to members of their families of monetary compensation for the premises ought to them for obtaining", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine in compliance with the current legislation and enhancement of procedure for providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families with premises I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about the organization of providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families premises approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of November 30, 2011 No. 737, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 10, 2012 for No. 24/20337, which are applied.
2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
