About modification of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 1999 No. 1228

Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 1999 No. 1228 "About provision to subjects of foreign economic activity of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 28, of the Art. 1412), having added with its Item 1-11 of the following content:
"1-11. Provide for accomplishment of the State target defense program of construction of the ships of the class "corvette" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2011 No. 1150, to Black Sea Shipbuilding Plant public joint stock company of power on the right of implementation of military commodity import on line items ML 2, ML4, ML9 for self-produced needs, including goods containing the data which are the state secret within the state defense order on construction of the ships of the class "corvette" on the project 58250.".
