About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine
According to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of October 12, 2007 No. 18-6 "About approval of the Claim treatment procedure on decisions of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions", such change registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 02, 2007 for No. 1241/14508,:
in preamble of the word and figures "Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 01.03.2001 No. 121 (with changes)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. 384 approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011".
2. Bring in the Claim treatment procedure on decisions of bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning provision of pensions approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of October 12, 2007 No. 18-6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 02, 2007 for No. 1241/14508, such changes:
in Items 1, 4 words "management of the Pension fund of Ukraine in areas, the cities and areas in the cities" in all cases shall be replaced with words "management of the Pension fund of Ukraine in areas, the cities, areas in the cities, and also in the cities and areas" in the corresponding cases;
