For the purpose of enhancement of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. In the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2012 No. 84 "About establishment of Requirements to the shares acquired by banks, the affiliated organizations of bank or bank holding (to shares in the authorized capital) legal entities, and also aggregate value of shares of bank in the authorized capital or shares of legal entities" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7504, published on May 24, 2012 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper No. 150-151 (26969-26970) to make the following change and addition:
add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. In addition to shares, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, the affiliated organizations of bank or bank holding acquire:
shares of the legal entities performing depository activity or activities for the organization of the biddings in the security market;
shares of legal entities - residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, included in third (following for the highest) category of the sector of "share" of the official listing of stock exchange provided by the resolution No. 77, on which the affiliated organization of bank and bank holding performs functions of the market maker.";
