For the purpose of improvement of payment terms of work of linear personnel and workers of Department of water economy and melioration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority" of July 11, 2008 No. 372 the following changes:
- in the name of appendix 10 of the word of "Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Agriculture and Land Reclamation";
- in appendix 11 to the above-named resolution:
in the name of appendix of the word of "Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Processing Industry" shall be replaced with words "and melioration of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation";
in Items 6 and 7 of the Section III of figure "2100" and "2300" to replace with figures "3150" and "3450" respectively;
in the Section IV:
in Items 1, of 2, of 3, to replace the 5th figures "2000" with figures "3000";
in item 4 of figure "2100" to replace with figures "3150";
in Items 6 and 7 of figure "1700" to replace with figures "2550";
