DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of cellulose cloth

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 N 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to the appendix N2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to the appendix N3;

d) add notes to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union with the note 15 of the following content:

"15) Technical parameters shall be confirmed with the corresponding entry in the act of production tests.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
