1. Bring in the order of the deputy. The Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 6, 2009 No. 331 "About approval of Rules of conducting cash transactions, determinations of limit of remaining balance of cash in cash desks and on the current account of public institutions" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 5760, No. published in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan 10, 2009), the following change:
in Rules of conducting cash transactions, and on the current account of the public institutions approved by the specified order appendix 1 to be reworded as follows determinations of limit of remaining balance of cash cash desks according to appendix to this order.
2. (Beketayev R. B.) to provide to committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent publication in official mass media the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
