Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Archive Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 4, the Art. 165) the following amendments and changes:
1. Add Chapter I with Article 1-1 of the following content:
"Article 1-1. Basic concepts
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
archive - the organization or structural division of the organization performing storage, completing, accounting and use of archive documents;
archiving in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - archiving) - activities of state bodies, local government bodies, organizations and citizens in the field of stores organization, completing, accounting and use of documents of National Archive Fund;
the archive document - the material carrier with information fixed on it which has the details allowing to identify it and is subject to storage owing to the importance of information for citizens, society and the state;
documents on the main activities - the archive documents reflecting the main activities of organizations, organizations and companies from the moment of their education and before liquidation;
documents on staff - the archive documents reflecting employment relationships of the worker with the employer;
the document of National Archive Fund - the archive document which passed the examination of value of the document, delivered on the state accounting and subject to storage;
especially important document - the document of National Archive Fund which has inherent cultural and historical and scientific value, special importance for society and the state and concerning which the specific mode of accounting, storage and use is set;
the unique document - especially important document which does not have similar according to information containing in it and (or) its external signs irreplaceable when losing from the point of view of its value and (or) avtografichnost;
