In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the territorial device and administrative-territorial division" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 10, Article 709; 2004, No. 1, Article 6; 2007, No. 6, Article 563; 2008, No. 5, Article 345; 2009, No. 8, Article 615) to make the following changes:
