According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the Section VI "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of October 02, 2012 No. 5407-VI "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities in the field of transfer of technologies" I ORDER the fourth:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of May 14, 2008 No. 409 "About approval of the Procedure for state registration of agreements on transfer of technologies and maintaining the State register of agreements on transfer of technologies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 28, 2008 for No. 464/15155.
2. To submit to department of scientific activities and licensing (Yakimenko O. V.) this order to the Ministry of Justice on state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To department of administration (Voroshilovsky O. V.) to make mark in cases of archive.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the first deputy Minister Sulima E. M.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
