In pursuance of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities in the field of transfer of technologies" and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 06.02.2008 of N 252-p "About transfer of MON of powers on approval of procedure for maintaining the State register of agreements on transfer of technologies" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for state registration of agreements on transfer of technologies and maintaining the State register of agreements on transfer of technologies which is applied.
2. To department of innovations and transfer of technologies (Shovkalyuk V. S.):
2.1. Provide state registration of agreements on transfer of technologies and maintaining the State register of agreements on transfer of technologies.
2.2. Submit this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
2.3. Post the order on the official site MON of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister of science and education of Ukraine to Strikh M. V.
