About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for increase in system effectiveness of management of business entities with the state share" of July 20, 2012 No. 513

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for increase in system effectiveness of management of business entities with the state share" of July 20, 2012 No. 513 the following changes and amendments:

in the name and in all text of the word of "business entities" in different cases shall be replaced with words "economic societies" in the corresponding cases;

third Item 1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-Regulations on the qualification requirements imposed to candidates for governing bodies of economic societies with the state share according to appendix 2.";

From state bodies of the Commission representatives of Fund for management of state-owned property to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Fund), the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service of regulation and supervision of the financial market under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic are included.
