1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.
2. To state preamble of the Law in the following edition:
"This Law governs the public relations connected with execution by citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan of general conscription and military service, establishes the organizational and legal basis of military accounting, preparation, appeal and arrival of citizens on military service, procedure for passing of military service and dismissal from it, stock accounting of Armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan and security service of the Republic of Tajikistan, power of public authorities, local executive bodies of the government and self-government institutions of settlements and villages in this sphere.".
3. In the text of the Law of the word and figures "SECTION I", "SECTION II", "SECTION III", "SECTION IV", "SECTION V", "SECTION VI", "SECTION VII", "SECTION VIII" and "SECTION IX" respectively shall be replaced with words also in figures "CHAPTER
1. ", " CHAPTER 2. ", " CHAPTER 3. ", " CHAPTER 4. ", " CHAPTER 5. ", " CHAPTER 6. ", " CHAPTER 7. ", " CHAPTER 8. "and" CHAPTER 9.".
4. In all text of the Law to designate paragraphs the hyphen is familiar "-".
